Please note that usernames and passwords are case sensitive.

So "mOnkEY tEnNis" is not the same as "Monkey Tennis".

Refer to your original email you received if you are unsure, and make sure you type exactly as shown.

Occasionally there are synch issues with the databases generated by the billing processors. Check your confirmation email to see who processed your signup; the tools and support available from their website should be able to resolve the issue:
